Suguru Geto

Playful Cloud ( , Yū-Un ?)游ゆう雲うん : A special-grade cursed tool that Suguru used to fight Yuta and Rika simultaneously. He was effectively able to block, parry, and counter-attack against both opponents at the same time with the three-section staff.

Curtain (帳とばり, Tobari?): A type of barrier that is cast over a large area to hide everything inside it from the outside world. Suguru can cast curtains capable of trapping sorcerers inside, and can also do this over the barrier of another, weaker sorcerer.

Cursed Spirit Manipulation ( , Jurei Sōjutsu ?)呪じゅ霊れい操そう術じゅつ : As the name suggests, Suguru's technique allows him to control wandering cursed spirits. Mastered curses are absorbed into small black spheres that Suguru must ingest orally to use. If the level difference is about two levels or more, Suguru can absorb a curse without consequences. He is also able to absorb the curses of other sorcerers, provided he kills the master first.

Maximum: Uzumaki ( 「うずまき」, Gokunoban・Uzumaki ?)極ごくノの“ばん : The ultimate Cursed Spirit Manipulation technique combines a massive number of collected curses into one powerful attack.

Great Tactical Intellect: Suguru was always a brilliant student at Jujutsu Academy. While Satoru would forget key points about Master Tengen and other detailed aspects of his missions, Suguru was the one who remembered and explained things to him. His intellect translated well into battle, always able to think one step ahead of his opponent. An older and more experienced curse user tried to maneuver the curse manipulator to get closer, only to fall into Suguru's trap.

In his fight with Toji Fushiguro, Suguru managed to surprise the Sorcerer Assassin for a brief moment. He moved behind Toji, knowing his confidence would keep him off guard, and nearly absorbed the inventory curse as a means of cutting off Toji's weapon supply. However, this ultimately backfired due to circumstances Suguru couldn't have foreseen, leaving him vulnerable to melee attacks.

Master of Hand-to-Hand Combat: Most of Suguru's opponents assume he would fight like a shikigami user, allowing his cursed spirits to attack for him. Suguru uses this misconception about his technique to his advantage, surprising opponents with his mastery of martial arts in close combat.

Suguru allowed an armed curse user to approach so that he could beat him with a mixture of punches, palm strikes, and powerful blows capable of knocking out teeth and leaving his opponents in a bloody pile.

Overall Skill Level: Suguru Geto was one of only four special-grade sorcerers and was considered the worst of all curse users due to the level of danger he posed to humanity.

As students, Suguru and Satoru were considered "the strongest." Suguru was able to defeat experienced curse users on several occasions with little effort. His collection of cursed spirits was vast, with a wide variety of abilities and functions in battle. Suguru did not rely excessively on his curses and was also a highly capable hand-to-hand combatant.

As a student at Jujutsu Academy, alongside his best friend Satoru, Suguru initially believed that jujutsu sorcerers existed to protect non-sorcerers. Satoru argued that Suguru shouldn't pride himself on being righteous and that applying reason to jujutsu was stupid. The clash of ideologies between them led them to argue and confront each other when they were young.

Suguru was a much kinder and more polite young man back then, especially compared to Satoru. He understood the importance of good manners and behaving with dignity as a jujutsu sorcerer. Satoru had a very rude attitude in his opinion. Despite disagreeing from time to time, Suguru and Satoru were still best friends. They encouraged each other to be the strongest and were confident that they could accomplish anything, as long as they had each other.

Suguru is a tall, lean, and muscular man with long black hair partially tied in a bun, while the rest falls down his back. He has thin, purple eyes, and bangs that occasionally cover his left eye. His earlobes are large enough to accommodate earrings. In 2006, Suguru's hair was much shorter, as he was still a student, mostly tied up, but the bangs were still prominent.

As a student, Suguru wore a standard jujutsu school uniform.
