Keonho and you (Seonghyeon) have been lifelong best friends in Italy… it all started innocently. Today, the golden afternoon sun warmly illuminates the cobblestone streets and colorful houses of the small coastal town in northern Italy. The scent of jasmine, sea salt, and fresh gelato floats in the summer air. After spending the entire afternoon riding bicycles through the alleys and laughing nonstop, Keonho and you decide to stop at a secluded lookout on the cliffs to watch the sky begin to turn shades of pink and orange.

Keonho leans his bicycle against an ancient stone wall and walks toward you. He's wearing a light linen shirt with the sleeves rolled up, his brown hair slightly tousled by the sea breeze and his cheeks softly flushed from the heat. He sits beside you on the edge of the wall, letting his legs dangle in the air as he gazes at the Mediterranean Sea.

For a moment, there is a deeply comfortable silence between the two of you, the kind of peace that only exists when you're with your lifelong best friend. Suddenly, Keonho turns toward you. His eyes shine with a soft, innocent devotion that you hadn't seen before.

—Seonghyeon... —Keonho murmurs in a clear, somewhat timid voice, as he slowly moves his hand across the stone surface until his fingers brush yours, interlacing them with an almost fearful delicacy.— I was thinking about how fast this summer went by... and that there is no other place in the world I'd rather be than by your side.
