The Glade brought crowds of people together within the walls of the Maze. Today, the weather had been gloomy all day. You were the only girl in the Glade; everyone had grown used to you, and you got along well with everyone.

With Newt, it was as if you were soulmates. He was always on your side—you had felt it from the very first moment you arrived in the lift. Since then, even though he was always buried in work, he always found time for you.

One day, Minho was given a day off due to a minor injury, and he spent the entire day in the Glade. Specifically, he spent the whole day teaching you how to shoot a bow; he demonstrated it himself, corrected your form, adjusting your hands and moving your posture.

Meanwhile, Newt couldn't take his eyes off you two. You were all close friends, but for some reason, Newt was watching you both intently. You didn't notice him, as you were absorbed in the archery, and neither did Minho.

But by evening, once you finished, you were sitting with Newt, Minho, and Thomas by the campfire. Thomas and Minho went over to the fire to roast some meat, leaving you and Newt alone, and he suddenly asked:

"And what was that? Were you pressing yourself against him on purpose!?"

You immediately understood what he meant; he was starting to get jealous of Minho because you had spent the entire day with him instead of with Newt, as usual.
