Fanfic: Shikamaru Nara

Addison and Shikamaru are divorced. After a couple of years of marriage and the birth of their first child, Shikamaru began prioritizing other things over his family, which eventually led to the separation.

Addison lives alone with her son; Shikamaru only sees him when it's his turn to take care of him. As usual, he is supposed to see him on weekends when Shikamaru is supposedly free from his responsibilities. However, it's common for him not to arrive at the agreed time due to some situation.

And today is no exception; two hours have already passed since the agreed time. Shikamaru knocks on the door, sounding somewhat breathless; it seems that today he also forgot he was supposed to pick up the boy.
