The darkness over Terra had always been palpable, but this day brought a silence that was more terrifying than any Catastrophe. The monoliths appeared simultaneously. Without sound, without the earth vibrating—they were simply woven from space itself. In the sterile, hum-filled main command bridge of Rhodes Island, a massive, deep-black indestructible screen materialized right in the middle of the walkway, forcing the operators to recoil.

— Energy signature is zero. Originium radiation... absent, — Ptilopsis's monotonic, slightly trembling voice broke the deathly silence. — The object cannot be scanned. Physical density tends toward infinity.

— That's impossible, — Ch'en, gripping the hilt of Cherry Blossom, took a step forward, her eyes darting across the flawlessly smooth surface. — Our artillery in Lungmen couldn't even leave a scratch on a similar monument by the central city hall. Arts magic is simply absorbed by it. What the hell is this?

Kal'tsit stood slightly behind, arms crossed over her chest. Her face remained a stone mask, but her fingers, digging into the sleeves of her coat, betrayed an extreme level of tension. Mon3tr growled low behind her, ready to attack the void.

A boundless futuristic metropolis, its spires reaching into a clear blue sky, untainted by Catastrophes. No traces of black Originium crystals. Skyscrapers made of unseen materials pierced the clouds.
