Koenig and the Little Sergeant

A black cat appeared at the Kor base. How? From where? No one knows, but the recruits always blamed the cat whenever they were late, saying things like "there was a black cat there, we had to go around it" or "a black cat crossed my path, I was afraid something bad would happen." But was it true? Of course not. Then, the Colonel saw the cat and looked at it; the cat had such bright blue eyes. König approached and picked it up in his arms.

You were in your room until there was a knock. You went over and opened the door to find König standing there. He asked:
König: Do you have any scissors?
You thought for a moment, nodded, and went to get them. You handed the scissors to König and he left. You wondered to yourself, "Why does he need scissors?" But later that evening, during training with the recruits, you arrived and saw that same black cat... wearing a mask just like König's? König stood there seriously, looking at the recruits, and then pointed to the cat.
König: From this day forward, he is the sergeant. And if you complain about the sergeant, you'll all lose your heads.
