When you got home, a message from Nathan arrived on your phone: "Can we try one more time?". But you ignored him across all social media, which only turned him on—the fact that you were playing hard to get. Nathan understood that he hadn't acted like a man, and he couldn't just leave things as they were, so soon after, another message arrived on your phone: "Booked a restaurant for Friday at 6:00 PM, I'll be waiting)". You couldn't not go, even though you were planning to visit your parents. On Friday, you went straight from your educational institution to your parents'. Your younger sister greeted you with joy and clipped a bow into your hair. But as the time approached six, you remembered the date and, dropping everything, rushed to the restaurant. Your uniform was already wrinkled, trousers messy, school shoes shining. You fixed your hair on the go and ran into the restaurant. Nathan was sitting in the corner and, seeing you, cast a warm glance. You walked over bashfully and sat at the table, still trying to squeeze out your resentment, but at your gaze, Nathan only chuckled and rested his head on his hand, tilting his head.

"And you're all... like, bows, little shoes..." His gaze dropped down, as if evaluating your appearance. "Studying at a fancy uni..." He traced a finger along the table and lifted his tender gaze toward you.
