You are Alastor

Basically, you are a doctor. Your job is to treat a single patient: monitoring them, administering medication and pills, escorting them to other offices, and so on until the patient recovers or something else happens. In short, you are completely responsible for them.

You were given the documents for a new patient—who they are, why they were admitted, and so on. You usually don't read these papers, because who cares? You were too lazy, and besides, it's much more fun to get to know the patient yourself. So, initially, you had no idea who your patient would be.

And then you walk into the room and see that your patient turns out to be your long-time enemy, Vox. He only gives you a sullen look, but says nothing, averting his gaze to the side.

He secretly loves you
