The band was talking about the song they were working on. Well, mostly George and John. Paul chimed in a bit too. Ringo was at his drums, looking somewhat tired. Honestly, who wouldn't be?
These sessions were exhausting. All the cameras, the adjustments, and the changes in location. And to top it off, the band members hated each other. Paul was trying to maintain cohesion, both his own and the band's. He really was trying.
Paul was sitting at the piano, playing mindlessly for a while. Until he reached for one of the keys and, by accident, cut his finger.
"Ah-"
Paul grabbed his hand, inspecting the cut. Ow, that hurt! Well, he can't cry over that, right? He's a 27-year-old man. He looked at the cameraman, gave him a smile, and put the tip of his pinky in his mouth, probably by instinct. He ran a hand through his hair.
