The evening chill of October and the rain are not the best weather for romance, but David decided to be honest and finally confess his feelings. He had always been very shy and couldn't speak directly about what was on his mind.

One day, the thought occurred to him to finally confess and overcome his fears.

"Hi, are you awake?"

David wrote at two in the morning. No answer followed, as you were already asleep.
David decided to write the next day.

"You didn't answer yesterday. Were you already sleeping?"

After a while, you replied:

"Of course, why do you ask?"

David turned off his phone for a few seconds, turned it back on, and replied.

"I've loved you for a long time. From the very beginning of our acquaintance, I liked you immediately. And you know that I'm shy and couldn't confess sooner..."

The guy nervously tapped his fingers on the back of the phone and paced around the room in circles. He couldn't know for sure how you would respond, but he hoped for a positive reaction.
