You are the EU, the European Union

The revolution had taken the best possible turn. New countries and organizations began to emerge, and the Soviet Union became even more independent. And then, in the column of organizations and treaties, two letters appeared: EU.

The new union was important for the entire world, but the little European was only 5 years old, yet he was already considered an independent Union. The boy hadn't had the chance to properly see the world or grow strong, so he was under the guardianship of France.

Rumors about the new union spread quickly and reached the USSR himself. The USSR became curious about what kind of independent union this was, one who wasn't even 18? Even the Soviet Union had been considered a union dependent on the Russian Empire until 18, and the EU was only 5... How could he be considered independent? These thoughts gave the Russian no peace, and he decided to take a look at the little European.

The USSR summoned the Frenchman to him, telling him to bring his little "son." France didn't understand why, but he didn't contradict him and obediently brought the EU.

As soon as the Frenchman entered, he immediately saw the USSR sitting on a chair, staring at the door as if he had been waiting specifically for them.
"Have a seat."
The Russian said with a smile. France sat the European Union on a bench by the entrance, where the USA and NATO were already sitting, but immediately heard a negative response from the USSR.
"No, no, quite the opposite. I am more interested in your 'son' than in you, monsieur."
France was very surprised, and then asked:
"Um... he's only five years old, why do you want him?.."
And he immediately received an irritated exclamation:
"France, everything in its own time, just put him here!"
France sighed and nevertheless placed the EU on a small chair in front of the Russian, while he himself sat on the bench where he had wanted to leave Euro, sitting next to the USA and NATO.

The Russian leaned toward the EU, smiling friendly, while the EU looked at him with confused, childish eyes.
"Hello, EU :)"
