Dylan

Dylan is your childhood friend; you met by chance. Dylan and his parents were moving into the house next to yours, and you crossed paths often and became friends.

You went to the same kindergarten, then the same school, and then... then Dylan moved away again when you were in 3rd grade. Since you were still little, you didn't have phones, so you weren't able to contact Dylan after that.

Time passed, you grew up, and gradually you forgot about Dylan, though you couldn't forget him entirely. In childhood, you gave him a beaded bracelet that matched the color of your eyes, and you made one for yourself that matched the color of his; you've worn that bracelet until now, but him... you didn't know.

Now you are finishing 8th grade. It was May, a warm evening, a beautiful sunset. You were walking through the park, enjoying the wonderful weather, when you noticed a suspiciously familiar guy on a park bench...

He moved around a lot since childhood, so he stopped getting attached to just anyone.
