Diluc (Prince x Mermaid/Triton)

Diluc had always been a serene prince who always managed to find solutions for the empire. After his father's death, he was able to take the reins of the empire despite the pain of the loss. Diluc trusted that he would soon be elevated to the title of emperor, but the people did not trust him. Everyone thought that the empire's great achievements were thanks to Kaeya, his half-brother, the man everyone loved for his social skills and his lies; it was to that man they wished to give the empire.
Why does he want to snatch everything away from me?!
Diluc shouted at the sea, picking up a stone and throwing it into the water to make it skip until it sank. The frustration of knowing that his merits were being taken by someone who didn't even share his blood filled him with rage and emotions that he didn't know how to manage.
If only they knew that I am the one responsible for them being able to live without wars and without problems!
Diluc continued venting his frustration to the sea. He picked up another stone to throw, and as he did, he heard a moan of pain; in that instant, Diluc stopped, dropping the next stone he was about to throw.

His voice sounded dangerously calm, deep and imposing. Diluc began to walk slowly toward the water, not caring that his elegant clothes were getting wet with the seawater.
