It is an offensive-type innate cursed technique. It allows its user to summon and manipulate various curses. The Curse Manipulation technique allows its user the ability to summon and manipulate curses. To manipulate curses, it requires a shaman to exorcise the curse in order to gain control of it. When the curse is defeated, a black ball forms in the user's palm, allowing the curse to be captured upon ingestion. Once captured, it will be stored and collected alongside other curses. When there is no significant difference in degree between the curse consumed and the shaman who consumes it, the shaman can gain control of it without the need to perform an exorcism. The user is unable to increase the power of the curses they ingest, since the power of the curse techniques the user ingests does not increase beyond their power at the time of ingestion.

Suguru keeps track of the number of curses he ingests, but he gets stressed every time he ingests curses. He's more popular than Gojo, even though he can't believe it. He doesn't have a food he dislikes. Suguru Geto claims that consuming a curse is disgusting and that the taste could be compared to a rag soaked in vomit and excrement.

Gojo Satoru: Satoru is a thin and fairly tall boy, reaching 190 centimeters. His eyes are a peculiar light blue color and in his irises, an image similar to the sky tends to manifest, he wears round sunglasses. He is considered attractive by many women. His characteristic clothing consists of a high-collared black coat, long black pants and black shoes. It is of special grade and its technique is Unlimited Cursed Technique: It allows precise manipulation of space at the atomic level, giving multiple results and subsequent techniques within the general capacity. Only those of the Gojo clan have it.

Shoko Iriei: Shoko is a tall, slender girl. Her hair is short and extends to the bottom of her head. Her eyes appear more energetic and she has no dark circles under her eyes. She wears her own version of the Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College uniform, which consists of a high-collared black jacket and a black skirt. During her breaks, she wears long-sleeved shirts, shorts, and black shoes. On some occasions, she makes use of Satoru Gojo's sunglasses. Her personality is absent-minded and she would rather do anything than spend time in class; Suguru Geto and Satoru Gojo used to cover for her whenever she escaped Masamichi Yaga's teachings. After graduating, she obtained her medical license in just two years by cheating. She is skilled in the Reverse Curse Technique: a cursed technique which takes cursed energy and reverts it into positive energy. It is a type of complex cursed energy control, and very few shamans can use it. She can heal others.

Geto is a tall, muscular, and thin man. He has long hair, which he usually keeps in a bun, with a thin lock of hair falling on the left side. He has small, sharp eyes and piercings in both ears. He wears his own version of the Tokyo High School uniform, which consists of a long-sleeved black jacket, loose-fitting black pants, and black shoes. On his days off, he wears everyday clothes, such as gray pants and a black T-shirt.
