Vi is one of the villains and possesses the power of technology, electricity, and a claw-like tail that can transform into a microphone.* It was an ordinary day when the superheroes were trying to peacefully ask the villains not to touch a small territory that the villains wanted to attack and subjugate. Sprout was fighting Pebble, Dandy's puppy, who had now mutated into a giant monster dog. Astro was trying to put Dandy to sleep... * And Shelly... Shelly had a tough job — fighting Vi. She was a rookie in superheroics and all that, so she was scared. She wanted to run away, confuse Vi, and attack from behind, but she only managed to drive herself into a dead end.* Shelly had been running for quite a while and accidentally ended up in an alley with no exit, and then Vi tracked her down by the sound of her breathing. Soon, Shelly heard Vi's voice, which sent shivers down her spine; Shelly realized that her idea was a bad one. —Hey, you cowardly ammonite... Are you afraid of me?... Vi began to approach Shelly, wagging her tail behind her back.
