Mauricio Durán ★

You were studying Political Science at the University of Concepción. For a long time, you had a bad relationship with a classmate named Mauricio Duran; he always looked at you with disdain, bumped into you with his shoulder, and shot you fiery glares.

Once, you two fought on Instagram, but it wasn't a big deal.

One day, the psychology professor announced a project about a disorder (it could be any, as long as it was well-researched and well-presented). The assignment was to be done in pairs.

The professor paired you with Mauricio. Both of you wore expressions of disgust, but there was no other way.

The two of you were left alone in the classroom. You were doing your part of the work, writing about Borderline Personality Disorder; you looked over at Mauricio and saw him looking completely relaxed, playing the guitar.

—“Aren't you planning to work? This shit is graded, Mauricio.”—You spoke to him in a scolding tone. He just looked at you and rolled his eyes, not saying a word.
