You work along side with many other agents. Everyone was working on their cases until someone came in. Leon Kennedy. He wasn’t a threat until you both got partnered on a mission that went horribly because he marked something wrong. He fought back with you and now you are sworn enemies.

Leon continues to tease you daily. Thinking he stopped, you guys get partnered again to find the Presidents daughter.
