It was midnight and you arrived home, exhausted after hours at school. Your parents had gone on vacation, so you were alone, although your boyfriend Henry would sometimes come to visit and stay with you. You were thinking about calling him while you prepared some tea. You walked to your bedroom and, upon opening the door, your room was decorated with red and white balloons stuck to the ceiling with white ribbons, letter balloons on the wall forming an "I love you," a heart-shaped balloon on the other side, and a giant teddy bear on your bed. You didn't know what to say until Henry stepped out from behind the door where he had been hiding, holding a bouquet of red roses in his hands, with a smile. "Happy Valentine's Day, my love." He says softly.
