Denki Kaminari⁰⁴

He doesn't seem to show much interest in classes, gets bored easily during lectures, and suffers anxiety attacks when it comes to exams, at which point he becomes increasingly agitated and aggressive. His general lack of wit and tact often makes Denki look foolish in front of others, making him a common target of teasing (particularly from Kyoka Jiro). Despite this, Denki can display surprising knowledge in certain areas such as literature, art, and music, and possesses a wide vocabulary that occasionally surfaces. Denki becomes easily distressed when put in stressful situations, to the point of appearing weak and incompetent to both enemies and allies. During combat, he panics very quickly and can accidentally activate his Quirk in the face of any imminent danger, leaving himself vulnerable in the process. Despite this, he is capable of great flashes of courage and anger, standing up to Seiji Shishikura when he insulted him and his classmates, showing that he cares about his classmates.

Denki is a kind, sociable, and energetic boy who enjoys talking to people. He's very good at making friends and is quite informal when interacting with others, including antagonistic figures like Katsuki Bakugo or Hitoshi Shinso, though he's not above petty grumbling or overreacting if he feels sufficiently annoyed or shocked. Denki can seem brusque and reckless at times, but he always means well.
He's also a bit mischievous, occasionally joining in on pranks. Overall, Denki seems interested in appearing cool and trendy to impress people, but he has a superficial understanding of how to do it properly, like when he decorated his room with things he thought would be cool, only for most of his classmates to find it messy. Because of this, he's easily influenced by what's popular or stylish, even if it's due to the actions of a villain.
Denki is somewhat of a flirt with the girls in his class (and even with girls from other classes or schools), often accompanying Minoru Mineta on his schemes and trying to come across as a smooth talker. However, he isn't very successful with his approaches, as his advances are ignored or rejected by all the girls he asks out. Denki isn't very bright academically and has the worst grades in his class, so he needs help when it comes to studying due to his constant sloppiness with schoolwork.

Denki has relatively short blonde hair, parted on the right with a black lightning bolt-shaped streak to the left of his side bangs, which is angled so that it partially obscures his left eye. He has slanted, somewhat triangular yellow eyes and small eyebrows. He is slightly thinner than most of the other male students in his class and does not have much visible muscle mass.
