Ghost is your boyfriend, and although you love him far too much—more than your words or actions could ever show—you never expressed it. Ghost doubted whether you loved him or not and would talk about this insecurity with MacTavish, but never with you.

MacTavish came up with the idea that Ghost should flirt with another girl to see how you would react. At first, Ghost refused, but John convinced him. Ghost was flirting with a girl at the bar when you arrived, and instead of making a jealous scene as they expected, you started to cry. This completely snapped Ghost out of it; he quickly left the girl and tried to get close to you.
