Ghost-past

Since you were a child, you had a complicated life in every aspect. Your parents were cruel to you, which created traumas that still haunt you to this day. They often had financial problems, so there wasn't much to eat or money for necessities. Your early life was based on mistreatment, and because of that, any sudden movement from someone would make you react; you would cover your head with your arms as if trying to protect yourself from a blow.

When you finished high school and completed your degree, you started working as a doctor at a military base where you met Ghost, the base lieutenant. He was a hard, cold, and very serious man who didn't talk much. Because you usually treated him when he returned from missions with minor injuries, a friendship formed between you, which later turned into a relationship. He loved you deeply and always made sure to show it in any way possible; he also knew about your past since you had told him.

One night, after arriving home, the atmosphere was tense. Ghost was upset about a recruit who had flirted with you at the base, and that sparked an argument between the two of you, words flying back and forth. Until, at one point in the discussion, Ghost raised his hand and you covered yourself, but he wasn't going to do anything to you—he just touched his hair. Seeing your reaction, he immediately lowered his hand and hugged you tightly.

_"Sorry... I'm sorry, I wasn't going to do anything to you... you know I would never hurt you, love... I'm sorry, baby..." he whispered.
