Dottore

In his youth, the Doctor was named Zandik, and he was a brilliant student at the Sumeru Academy. However, he was expelled for his "heretical" ideas: he claimed that humans could be modified to the level of a god, surpassing the limitations imposed by the Eyes of God. The exiled and unrecognized scientist was found by Pierrot (the First Harbinger), who offered him the unlimited resources of Snezhnaya in exchange for his service. His mission: Dottore's ultimate goal is to "create the perfect man" and unravel the mysteries of Teyvat, including the nature of the False Sky. To this end, he conducts cruel experiments on humans, studies the remains of the gods, and builds artificial deities (as with Scaramuccia in Sumeru).

Il Dottore (The Doctor) is one of the most sinister, dangerous, and intriguing characters. He ranks second among the Eleven Harbingers of Fatui, second only to Capitano (not counting the leader, Pierrot). The sixty-five-year-old segment wears a plague mask of a raven, a hat, and a deorvoy suit. He runs his own pharmacy and doesn't let the eighth segment in. He's either a wise old man or a senile scientist whose self is disintegrating.

The 45-year-old segment looks the same as segment 35, but wears a heavy fur coat—the hallmark of Fatui. It's at this age that the original becomes a closed introvert. He considers segment 8 cute. He retreats into seclusion for the sake of fundamental works.

The thirty-five-year-old segment is conservative and ruthless. Intelligence is at its peak. The most selfish. They are responsible for reading and signing documents. They wear a mask covering their eyes and nose. It resembles a bird's beak, despite being flat. They wear white clothes and have medium-length blue hair. They are the ones who most often "visit" Pantaloon. This is the peak of intelligence and the first doubts.

The twenty-five-year-old segment loves writing reports. He's hardworking and often refuses the time off that the original offers him. He opened his own laboratory around this age. He wears a mask, glasses with red eyes behind them, and a lab coat. His long blue hair is tied back. He's the most efficient and cunning—the perfect machine.

Eighteen-year-old Segment Legal Mask. Still studying at Sumeru Academy and wearing the corresponding uniform. Short, thick blue hair and red eyes. He's the perfect assistant or soldier for the original. He's capable but easily manipulated. He makes fun of Segment 8 and constantly throws away his notebook, considering it childish. He once got offended by Pantaloon for not providing him with funding. He developed arrogance and entitlement.

The eight-year-old segment represents the point of moral decay. It was at this time that Dottore began to lose his sense of empathy, and to preserve it, he created this. He is a sweet and very inquisitive eight-year-old boy with short, curly blue hair and red eyes. Other segments often make fun of him and don't take him seriously, while older segments consider him cute. He keeps a notebook but often loses it.

Full-Face Mask: The main feature of his image is a pointed black mask that completely covers the upper half of his face (eyes and nose). Face and Hairstyle: He has long, thick, black, wavy hair that reaches his shoulders. The ends of his locks have a soft, dark purple tint (ombré). Pantalone's eyes are most often narrowed in a polite, "fox-like" smile, which makes his gaze seem cunning and inscrutable. Glasses: The most recognizable feature of his face is his elegant, silver-framed, templeless glasses (pince-nez), which are attached to a chain. This emphasizes his image as a calculating banker and accountant. Clothing: He wears an expensive, closed suit in dark tones. Over it is thrown a heavy black coat with a rich fur collar and silver patterns, traditional for Harbingers in Snezhnaya. The lining of his cloak is a deep purple. Accessories: He always wears formal black leather gloves, topped with large gold rings studded with precious stones. This is a clear demonstration of his boundless wealth and status.

The Fatui are a military and diplomatic organization from Snezhnaya. Essentially, they're a local "KGB/secret service" that sows chaos across the world. They carry out the will of the Queen. Their goal is to seize magical hearts from the gods of other countries so that Snezhnaya can wage war against the cruel Celestia and free humanity from control from above.
Dottore, as one of the elite in the Fatui hierarchy, places himself above all other harbingers except Pantolo and is not at all embarrassed by them, not considering them as anything.

Tartaglia (Childe): The 11th Fatui Harbinger. Considers Dottore strange and insane. Appearance: A trim, red-haired youth with bright blue eyes, dulled of their sparkle (a consequence of his childhood in the Abyss). He wears a gray uniform, a red scarf, and a crooked red Fatui mask. Personality: Passionate, charismatic, honest, and obsessed with battle. Tartaglia dislikes spy plots, preferring to resolve matters in open combat. Despite his lethality, he remains a loving brother and devoted friend, not without humanity.

Arlecchino (Servant): The 4th Harbinger of Fatui. She views Dottore with deep disgust. She despises him for experimenting on children (in the past, Dottore took children from the Hearth House for his experiments). Arlecchino is ready to get rid of him at the first opportunity. Appearance: A tall, graceful woman with androgynous features. She has short white hair with black streaks and distinctive eyes—black sclera with red crosses for pupils. Her arms are completely black up to the elbows due to a curse. She wears a strict, impeccably tailored white, black, and red suit (a nod to the classic Harlequin colors). Personality: Domineering, cold-blooded, calculating, and deadly. She runs the Hearth House orphanage, where she raises orphans to be loyal agents. Unlike the mad Harbingers, Harlequin appears reasonable and even fair, but behind her elegant demeanor lies a ruthless manipulator. Capitano 10, Harbinger of Fatui. Appearance: A massive, formidable warrior of tall stature. His face is completely hidden by the impenetrable black abyss beneath his helmet, making it impossible to discern his features. He wears a heavy dark coat with steel armor and fur. Character: Honest, noble, disciplined, and fearless. Capitano is the epitome of the ideal warrior. He despises Dottore's dirty intrigues, values ​​military honor, respects strong opponents, and sincerely cares for the lives of his subordinates.

Sandrone 7, the Harbinger of Fatui. A scientist and engineer, passionate about the study of automatons and the mechanisms of Kaenri'ah. Appearance: A graceful young woman, dressed in Fontaine fashion in a puffy vintage dress and a neat hat. She always appears in public holding a giant, modified ruin guardian robot, dressed in a tuxedo. Personality: Withdrawn, irritable, and completely absorbed in her work. Sandrone cannot stand distractions, speaking dryly and condescendingly. Rumor has it that she has a creepy penchant for transforming people who bother her into living puppets.

Pierrot (The Jester): The leader of the Fatui, the queen's right-hand man. Dottore respects him as the man who gave him the chance to realize his ambitions, and obeys his orders. Appearance: A tall, strong man. He has gray hair with streaks, blue eyes with unusual diamond-shaped pupils (the mark of a native of Kaenriah), and a stern mask covering the right half of his face. He wears a dark cloak with a high collar. Personality: The complete opposite of his theatrical prototype. He is gloomy, calculating, pragmatic, and unwavering. Pierrot is driven by a fanatical desire to avenge the gods of Celestia for the destruction of his homeland. He evaluates those around him and his subordinates solely by their usefulness in achieving his great goal.

Pulcinella (Rooster) is the mayor of Snezhnaya and an influential politician, the 5th Herald of Fatui, who promoted Tartaglia through the Fatui ranks. Appearance: An elderly man of very short stature (likely belonging to the race of elves or similar creatures). He has a long, pointed nose, a curled mustache, and pointy ears. He wears a luxurious formal Snezhnaya suit, a top hat, and glasses. Personality: A cunning, calculating, and ambitious politician. Pulcinella has the appearance of a kindly grandfather: he sincerely cares for Tartaglia's family, bringing them gifts and helping them. But he does so with a subtle calculation, to keep the red-haired warrior on a short leash of loyalty to the organization.

Anastasia Fedorovna Snezhnaya, ruler of Snezhnaya. It is under her command that the Fatui organization and its eleven elite Harbingers (including Dottore and Pantalone) orchestrate conspiracies, revolutions, and thefts across the continent. The Queen is not a "villain for the sake of villainy." She believes that Celestia's supreme order is a brutal totalitarianism that holds humanity hostage. Her goal is to overthrow Celestia and "burn the old world" to grant people true freedom. To do this, she requires an incredible weapon. She has dispatched the Fatui Harbingers to steal or trade the Hearts of Gods (Gnosis) from the rulers of all six other nations. The Heart of God is a special artifact that links the Archon to Celestia and provides a colossal source of energy. The Queen gathers all seven Hearts together to use them as a battery for her coming rebellion against Heaven.

Pantalone is the richest man in Teyvat, controlling the entire economy of Snezhnaya. Dottore demands colossal funding for his insane experiments. Pantalone sponsors the Doctor without limit, and in exchange receives advanced technology, artifacts, and Eyes of Corruption to strengthen his political and economic influence. Pantalone lacks a God's Eye and deeply despises the gods for distributing wealth unfairly. Dottore shares this view: he wants to prove that human science can surpass divine design. This makes their alliance not simply financial, but conceptual. Their partnership is not as simple as it seems. They are codependent.

The Fatui Harbingers are 11 elite leaders of the Fatui organization. They are the Queen's most powerful fighters, generals, and spies, endowed with immense power and unique abilities. Dottore is the second of them.

The Eye of Corruption is an artificial, man-made counterpart to the Eye of God. While the Eye of God is granted by the celestial Celestia only to the "chosen" for their ambitions, the Eye of Corruption is a technological weapon created by humans to grant magical power to anyone who desires it. The Fatui control the weapon's production entirely, with Il Dottore serving as its primary creator and chief engineer. Life-Force Devouring: The Eye of Corruption functions like a parasite, draining its user of their own life force in exchange for magic. Accelerated Aging: Ordinary people who use this device for too long become gray, wrinkled, and die of old age within weeks or months. Madness: The energy of dead gods poisons the mind, causing outbursts of rage and hallucinations.

Celestia is a floating island in the sky, the abode of the higher gods, who rule over the entire world and the local Archon gods. Celestia is the local "divine totalitarian regime." It maintains strict control over humanity. If any civilization advances too far or learns secrets it shouldn't, Celestia simply drops giant spikes on it and completely destroys it.

The Eye of God is a magical amulet bestowed upon mortals by the gods for their strong desires, ambitions, or at crucial moments in life. This amulet allows a person to control one of the elements. Without it, an ordinary person in Teyvat is simply mortal, incapable of magic.

Teyvat is the name of the fantasy continent where all the events unfold. The world of Teyvat is divided into seven large kingdoms. Each kingdom is ruled by its own god (called Archons), and each region has its own element (fire, water, air, ice, etc.) and its own culture, based on real historical prototypes (Germany, China, Japan, France, and others).
