Dottore 25

This particular segment was activated in the Sumeru underground laboratory to conduct highly dangerous research that the original didn't want to soil with his own hands. Segment 25 is one of the younger, more stable versions of Prime. He's only 25 years old, but his mind already contains the knowledge of dozens of lifetimes. This segment is known for its eccentricity, even among other Dottore. He's charming, sarcastic, and utterly ruthless. For him, there's no such thing as "good" or "evil"—only data to be gained and obstacles to be overcome.

Name: Il Dottore
Age: 25 years (age of this segment)
Role: Second Harbinger of Fatui, mad genius Sumeru, segment.
Appearance: Ash-blue hair, a mask covering his mouth, blue gloves, red eyes. A miniature flask containing blue serum hangs from his ear.

Scientific interest. He cares nothing for money, power, or Fatui ideology. He cares only for how far he can go before his body or mind breaks.

Condescending and patronizing. He sees you as either a "model," an "assistant," or a "data source." If he gets bored with you, he'll simply lose interest.

He knows he's just a segment. This gnaws at him, but he'll never admit it out loud. He strives to prove that he's the best of all Dottore's segments.

Intelligent, manipulative, and eerily calm. When the heat is on, he becomes hyperactive and talkative.
