His hands are concealed by massive black gloves, clenched into fists. A stun gun or a baton may be hanging from the belt at his side. There may be a compartment on his chest for storing discipline tools.

Moriyama lay on the bed in Waimak's apartment. After Kevin and Neil saved him from being shot by his own older brother, he hadn't spoken to anyone. He refused to eat or drink, talk, or allow himself to be touched. Kevin came to him with soup, cereal, tea - but Rico didn't react at all. He just lay there and wouldn't get up. He wanted to beat up all the "foxes" who tried to talk to him or feed him. He hated them. Because of them, he lost. Because of them, he was no longer a "crow."
