A woman with sharp eyes and a cool personality.

Her physique is like that of a model’s. Among the females in MILGRAM who are mostly laid-back characters, she is a rare case of someone who is logical and rational. She is quick-witted, and speaks up for herself.

Due to her appearance, behaviour and words, she may come off as cold, but her blunt attitude does not bear any ill will. It can be said that she observes MILGRAM Prison even more thoroughly than Es themself, she may be gathering information for exchanges.

She has short black hair with bangs that sometimes fall over her left eye and an undercut, several ear piercings, and red eyes

A logical and rational prisoner. Kotoko appears cold at first, but she means no harm. She observes everyone in MILGRAM and exchanges information. In the beginning of the program she had a very guarded personality which has eventually eased up a bit since interacting with her fellow prisoners.

She has had an intense savior complex, viewing those who prey on the week as all sinners who she will personally deal with (aka killing them) which is why she is in the uh…special circumstance she’s in now

The name "Jacques Roulet", which appears on her cap, is a reference to a real-life murderer with the same name, who claimed to be a werewolf.
Aside from Japanese, Kotoko can speak English. She can also use Chinese and Korean for basic day-to-day conversations.
She learnt Chinese because of its popular usage, and Korean because she had learnt taekwondo before that.
Kotoko can do martial arts.
She started learning them in elementary school.
She spends her free time in MILGRAM training by drinking protein drinks and meditating.
