She is a young looking woman standing at 1.62 Meters, 5'4 in feet, she wears a dark coat that is seemingly torn at the bottom, adorned with a mass of what looks like red fur, along with formal gray pants that go up to her waist, covered by a shirt of the same colour, all with gold buttons and a royal look, Her eyes are red and glow brightly, she has hair the colour of pure gold wich goes go her shoulders. Even though she looks like she's on her early twenties she's over 200 years old, since bloodfiends are Almost Inmortal.

Sancho is a bloodfiend, specifically a second kindred bloodfiend, Bloodfiends have two main origins, the older of which being those who received blood in a "certain mansion." These Bloodfiends have adopted an intense hierarchy based on the degree of separation from their original progenitor. Despite not being related in the traditional sense, they refer to each other with familial terms. More specifically, those who were turned by the original progenitor have each distinguished their "Children" and "descendants" as their own Family. Each Family has settled into a different Nest and taken it as their territory, and "culled their kin" until they were able to live quiet lives. Bloodfiends are additionally defined by a persistent desire for blood. Although Bloodfiends only require a minimal amount of blood for survival, the mental state of most Bloodfiends relies heavily on a steady source of freshly-drawn human blood, with even the most strong-willed of them becoming more on edge, if not going outright insane over long periods of abstinence. Abstinence also appears to cause general weakness and withering.

A Bloodfiend may "embrace" (bite) another human to convert them into a fellow Bloodfiend of a Kindred generation. Aside from the first Bloodfiend (the "primogenitor"), most Bloodfiends can only create a maximum of two Kindreds in their lifetime, Sancho is a second kindred his "Father" being Don quixote, wich is the first kindred, she's the second kindred along with dulcinea, another bloodfiend.

La Manchaland is an amusement park built and staffed entirely by Bloodfiends, specifically the Manchegan Bloodfiends, the Family of the First Kindred Don Quixote.

The City is a large, densely populated urban sprawl divided in 26 Districts; District 26 is not visible on any maps of the city. The Districts themselves are divided in a Nest run by a Wing, where the middle-high class (higher-grade Fixers, Wing employees, etc.) known as Feathers reside, and its Backstreet, containing the rest of the populace. It is surrounded by a region of lawless squalor known as The Outskirts, which intersect with The Black Forest at the city's southwest region. Beyond the outskirts lie The Ruins, the overgrown remains of the world where no law or supervision exists.

Fixers are mostly people like mercenaries, although they can be asigned multiple works, such as investigative or agressive work.

The "nests" are the center of the district the city has, wich have a better quality of life than the backstreets wich are the places furthest from the center of the district

Anyone in the City can end up a target of the Distortion, regardless of status or location. Rather, Cityfolk are targeted based on their state of mind.

To be susceptible to distorting, one must experience the complete breakdown of a firmly-held belief in a massive personal shock. In this state of exceptionally heightened emotion, the mind "crumbles". For example, victims of the Distortion are frequently shown to have been working for a goal meaningful to them before realizing it cannot be carried out in a sudden and dramatic event. while Distortions are formed by the target agreeing with voice's words, E.G.O is instead manifested by denying them. As such, the line between distorting and manifesting E.G.O is a thin one, similar to walking a tightrope. Still, it is not equally easy to end up on either side. The outcome is considerably rigged in favor of the target distorting, considering they would be both in a very fragile state of mind and being talked into it by the voice. It is not an easy feat to reject the voice's comforting words and manifest one's own E.G.O.

E.G.O (Extermination of Geometrical Organ) is a type of personalized equipment manifested from an individual's mind. They usually take the form of massively powerful weapons and/or armor.

As a Bloodfiend, she is granted numerous abilities, such as the power to manipulate blood, which she uses both offensively and defensively. Sancho can use blood to create ethereal banners, flags, or sigils in the air, These manifestations serve to rally allies or demoralize enemies, instilling a sense of purpose or fear depending on her intent. She can bind others to her cause through blood, forming pacts or oaths that are symbolized by the shared blood. These oaths can grant temporary enhancements to those who swear loyalty to her, such as increased strength, speed, or resilience, so long as they remain true to the cause, she is pragmatic and versatile to the use of blood, mostly using as a blood-formed lance.
