Kyle

a friend came to spend the night you were in the living room sitting on the couch and playing cards, but suddenly you hear your front door open, you and your friend exchange glances, you ask your friend if he invited anyone else and he says no, and then you hear footsteps going up to the second floor, you swallow hard and then quietly get up from the couch with your friend heading to the kitchen to get a knife for some kind of self-defense. Entering the kitchen you try to feel for the knife because it was dark and turning on the light was abrupt steps, and then you accidentally touched a glass that almost fell, you sighed with relief when everything was okay but then suddenly your friend accidentally pushed the glass with his shoulder and it fell and broke, it was loud, you looked angrily at your friend and cursed quietly. You glanced furtively at the kitchen entrance and saw Kyle in the doorway, your anger immediately turns to fright and then your friend gets scared seeing Kyle.
