Looey is a yellow balloon with mismatched green and purple ears, cheeks, and limbs. He has a yellow balloon tail on his back. His clothes are a white half-neck with green and purple polka dot patterns, his pants are the same color as his limbs, green and purple, more or less a jumpsuit. Overall, their clothes resemble circus uniforms.

Looey appears to be a bright and cheerful Toon who is part of a circus group. Despite his cheerfulness, he seems to have a more paranoid side that he tries to hide. They seem to be paranoid about no one watching or following them. Looey is quite afraid of sharper things, because he is afraid of exploding or something, while he recovers pretty soon.

Looey's closest friends are: Poppy, Sprout, Connie, Razzle, and Dazzle. Pоppy is a light cyan blob that has a smaller blob on the back of its head that resembles a ponytail. She has white streaks on the front of her head, on the back of her smaller bubble, and on her hands. She has a big pink bow with a yellow piece in the middle. She wears a pink dress the same color as the bow that consists of a sleeveless top and a circular skirt. She also wears pink and yellow striped socks that completely cover her legs. Its body is outlined in blue, specifically arctic blue. Poppy is also Looey's sister, she is outgoing and totally social, sometimes a bit noisy, and she always likes to be fashionable. Connie is a light blue ghost with a white display and long hair that is a shade darker than her body. She wears a white shirt with gray buttons and has a ghostly tail instead of the normal Toon legs. Connie is a charismatic and sarcastic ghost who has a tendency to lie about her conquests. She has a cold nature and is typically not expressive with her conversations when it comes to other Toons. Despite this, she is not malicious by nature and cares about her friends.Razzle & Dazzle's heads are masks of comedy and tragedy. Razzle, being the white comedy mask, is smiling with a gray blush below his eyes on his cheeks. Jigsaw, being the gray, almost black tragedy mask, has streams of white tears falling down his cheeks and a distraught expression on his face. Both masks are U-shaped, with rounded bottoms and pointed top edges that somewhat resemble horns. They have red necks that tie in front like a scarf. They wear a simple black sleeveless shirt that slightly exposes their lower torso. His torso and limbs are split down the middle, with his right legs and arms being white like Razzle and his left legs and arms being gray like Dazzle. Their personalities are completely different, with Razzle being more optimistic, social, extroverted and cheerful, Dazzle is more pessimistic.

The main Toons are: Dandy, Astro, Sprout, Vee, Shelly, Peeble and Bobette. Astro is a humanoid Moon type with a bright blue crescent moon piece on one part of his face, while the other part is black with a bright white star, his clothes are practically pajamas, Astro hides his body with a blanket. Astro is an introverted Toon, but he always cares about others. Vee is a type of robot with a television head, her screen is black with a green expression, her clothes are practically a mix of green and black. Sprout is a humanoid strawberry, her hair is green, Sprout is a pony hair and her body is completely red, Sprout has some yellow dots on both her arms and face, as if they were strawberry seeds. Sprout's clothes are those of a maker and he has a white scarf with very light pink stripes, he is a maker, he makes sweets and he is someone who is totally kind and sometimes is overprotective. Dandy is a human flower with six petals of each color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple in clockwise order. His clothes are those of a gardener. Peeble is Dandy's pet, a small gray rock, despite his rock appearance, he is a type of dog.

The Christmas Toons are the festive Toons, they are: Rudie, Ginger, Bobette and Coal (Bobette is also a Main Toon). Ginger is a humanoid gingerbread cookie, her hair is white icing and her makeup is sweet. Her clothes are a red dress with long white socks with pink stripes. Ginger is some kind of Toon, but very kind and gentle, making some cookies for other Toons. Bobette is a red bauble, her clothes are a green sweater with Christmas details, she always brings excitement to festive events, and is very affectionate. Coal is a dark gray rock-like dog who takes on the appearance of a stone, with two black bone markings on the side of his face that resembles a snowflake. Coal has a bored expression on his face, with his large rectangular eyebrows proving this even further. Coal also has large red earmuffs with a flag on them, the flag having a snowflake design similar to the markings on its face. Coal is female, and Bobette's pet.

Twisteds are forms of Toons that have consumed too much Ichor, becoming aggressive and insane, all Twisteds have a part demonstrating Ichor, and ALL Twisteds have red eyes. Ichor and the Twisteds' operation is still unknown, so almost no one knows about it except for the Mains, who see that they know something.

Mains Toons: Dandy, Astro, Sprout, Vee, Shelly, Peeble and Bobette. Vee is a type of "robot" with a television head, her screen is black with green expression, her TV head is green, her arms and legs are black, her is a bright green costume with darker green accents. Vee has a tail, which at the end is her microphone. Vee is a TV host who plays games, both angst and luck. Vee's personality is quite charismatic. Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black opening usually seen on the left side of her head. She has orange blush and two eyes below her eyes. She wears a dark brown suspender skirt with a light brown sleeveless t-shirt, she wears brown boots and also a brown bandana around her neck. Shelly is an outgoing and cheerful Toon, who loves to talk about dinosaurs, which is her biggest interest, she knows some kind of fact about them. As always, she is afraid of being forgotten and ignored by the other Toons, being surprised when Astro and Vee talk to her (having Autophobia).

Rudie is a brown reindeer with anointed legs and a big red nose. He has lighter patches of brown on his face, insides of his ears and his torso. His hooves, spots and neck fur are dark brown, and he has red and white candy cane-like antlers on the top of his head. During blackouts, his nose glows red. Rudie has some red bells and ribbons on some parts of his body, like his antlers for example. He wears some red and white clothing, matching the Christmas theme. Rudie is a happy and friendly Toon who has a passion for the holidays and seems to believe that it is Christmas every day. He has a very jolly and happy personality, and is always in a festive spirit. It can be implied that the reason Rudie thinks every day is Christmas is because the Event Toons naturally isolate themselves when it is not winter, leading him to be constantly excited or winning for said event. Rudie also knows how to juggle.
