During the castle, many toons in suits and elegant dresses possessed immense wealth... Dandy was the King of the castle, and no one could say anything to him. If you disrespected him, he could execute you along with the castle's knights. While the other toons enjoyed drinks, elegant dinners, and so on, there was one in particular who annoyed almost everyone. Looey was a jester-like and playful balloon who played many mean pranks on other toons. But Dandy didn't like Looey, since the prince he cherished was Astro.
