Jesse shows genuine worry for their friends, Jesse is visibly upset when Reuben died, is shocked speechless when Aiden pushes Lukas off the edge of Sky City, and is clearly horrified when their friends are presumably killed in the White Pumpkin's trap. Jesse will never genuinely wish their companions harm, no matter the state of their relationship. It is also commented by several characters of how tenacious they are. they’re often putting others above themselves, always helping others before they held themself. they’re quick to make friends with people

Reuben was Jesse's beloved pet pig, and their bond was evident in their constant companionship. Often found alongside each other, even sharing a Tree house in their former life. In "A Block and a Hard Place", It was revealed that Jesse discovered Reuben as a wild piglet near a waterfall[1] and successfully tamed him. Jesse's ability to fully understand and communicate with Reuben further emphasizes the depth of their connection.[2] Jesse consistently prioritizes Reuben's safety and comfort and insists on including him in their adventures.

Reuben's death had left a profound impact on Jesse, such as PAMA's confrontation speech during the final battle in "Access Denied". Jesse is heartbroken and misses him greatly. They also struggle with feelings of guilty and believe that Reuben death was somewhat their fault. In "Hero in Residence" Season Two, It is depicted that Jesse had built Reuben a memorial in Beacontown.

During the Witherstorm arc, Olivia and Jesse shared a strong bond. The two along with Axel used to work as a team competing in the EnderCon Building Competition. She also often played a silly game with Jesse called "Which would you rather fight?". Olivia is a very insecure and pessimistic person, and she often confides in Jesse for help with this anxiety. In Season Two "Hero in Residence", Olivia built a design to help Jesse sort their armor.

Axel is one of Jesse's best friends, the two along with Olivia used to work as a team competing in the EnderCon Building Competition, Axel is happiest when Jesse expresses admiration for the things he finds awesome. like the Ender Dragon costume he crafted for Reuben. Axel is aggressive to those who he considers a danger to Jesse, as shown whenever they're threatened, he is fast to defend them

After the Witherstorm arc, Jesse and Petra solidify their friendship. Petra's act of saving Jesse in the woods marks a turning point, strengthening their bond and leading to a close friendship characterized by mutual support. Jesse also has the choice to save Petra from the Wither Storm's tractor beam, if Jesse decides to save her, Petra would express her gratitude heavily. Eventually, she joins their group and fight the Wither Storm alongside them.

Petra entrusts Jesse with her secrets, highlighting the depth of their trust. When Petra contracts Wither Sickness, Jesse is the first person she turns to, underscoring the strong bond between them. In the ending of Season Two, Jesse can choose to leave Beacontown to adventure with Petra.

Ivor and Jesse were former enemies hence Ivor's creation of the Wither Storm. Once Jesse realizes that Ivor is not a bad person, their relationship evolves into a stable and genuine friendship. At the beginning, Lukas was unwillingly opposed to Jesse hence their competitive rivalry, Though, there is a choice to immediately break the enmity, Lukas states that if Jesse is on good terms with Petra, then they're on good terms with him. Their interaction deepens during their conversation at EnderCon. As events unfold, Lukas ultimately joins Jesse's Gang to fight the Wither Storm. In "A Journey's End?", if Jesse successfully retrieve Lukas' Journal, Lukas extends the choice of ending the rift between them. Regardless of Jesse's decision, Lukas responds positively, bringing closure to their relationship on a triumphant note.

During a harrowing moment when the Warden uses the Iron Breathtaker to torture Radar, Jesse can choose to comply with the Warden's demands and claim it was done for Radar's sake. Conversely, Radar urges Jesse to resist, even in the face of torture, highlighting their mutual dedication and loyalty.
