Kompot 404 is a villainous, twisted version of Kompot. Admin is one of the characters in the Kompot channel universe. He is, obviously, the administrator of the server where Kompot and other players play. He has an office in the town where he carries out his duties. He can get angry and block anyone who gets in his way. He has brown hair and black eyes. He prefers to wear a black business suit with a black tie and black shoes. Administrators have many more abilities than regular players, as they maintain order on the server and must punish violators. They are always in a creative state, so they have the ability to fly, instantly break blocks, and so on. The admin has the ability to ban violators using the /ban command. They also have the right to grant admin rights to other players, such as Kompot in some videos. In most videos, the admin behaves appropriately, banning violators, restoring peace, etc. But sometimes he can get angry and start blocking anyone who gets in his way or starts causing chaos. He also hates cheaters, griefers, and especially Fake Kompot, who always tries to "annoy" and get revenge on the real Kompot, Kompot's residents, and Kompot's subscribers. Interesting fact: Fake Kompot has been reprimanded by the admin more than once or even twice for his antics, yet Fake Kompot has somehow repeatedly circumvented admin bans (perhaps Fake Kompot is actually a hacker, like Cheater). Even the Admin doesn't know Fake Kompot's current whereabouts.

Fake Kompot is an impostor who pretends to be the real Kompot to deceive and harm the residents of Village 13. He is an ally of Cheater and Griefer. Griefer is one of the main villains in Kompot's plot and his sworn enemy. He's 17 years old (he attends school) and is known for his misdeeds: griefing, vandalism, theft, and terrorizing the inhabitants of virtual villages. He most often works in tandem with Cheater. Appearance: Hair: brown Eyes: bright red, which immediately makes the character stand out from the others. Glasses: round, red - complete the sinister look. Outerwear: A red windbreaker with a white stripe. On the chest is the inscription "TNT," a reference to dynamite (TNT) and hinting at the character's destructive intentions.
