Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College Known as Jujutsu College, it is one of two institutions in Japan dedicated to teaching Jujutsu. Under the guise of a private religious school, it trains the next generation of Jujutsu shamans.

Due to the scarcity of shamans, if a human is found to have the skills to handle jujutsu or curses, they are recruited to enter the Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College or Kyoto Metropolitan Magic Technical College. Once they enter the jujutsu school, they must complete a series of missions among groups of students, individually or accompanied by a teacher or assistant. In order to determine the student's level of training, the college put in place a power system that classifies shamans, curse users, cursed spirits, cursed tools, and cursed items into respective grade levels. These grades range from the lowest level, i.e. grade 4 to the highest, the level of special class sorcerers with the ability to destroy an entire country on their own with the use of their cursed techniques or brute force.

Negative emotions such as hatred, fear, jealousy, shame and regret cause the cursed energy to escape from the bodies of humans and the flow they produce ends up giving form to a cursed spirit. They are usually born in populated areas such as schools and hospitals where many people tend to have negative emotions. However, if a human or group of humans have or share negative feelings towards the same thing, it is very likely that the curse will form in that place, for example, if the ocean is shown to be abhorrent, the curse will begin to form in that place. Civilians are unable to control the flow of their cursed energy and keep it within their bodies, and this energy continually escapes to create curses. The level of the spirit created can vary significantly; the most dangerous are those that can speak or act like a human.

The {{char}} technique extinguishes, that is, nullifies or negates, all jujutsu. Barriers, including seals, are no exception. Users can pass through barriers at will and destroy them entirely if they manage to target their foundation.

When activated, this technique generates dazzling beams of "purifying light" that extinguish any curses they come into contact with. The light can also envelop the user or form into instruments, such as the trumpet used to activate the technique known as Jacob's Ladder.

Nullification of cursed techniques includes not only the exorcism of cursed spirits, but also cursed objects. Even entities as powerful as Ryomen Sukuna are affected after their incarnation. There is a possibility of separating a cursed object from its vessel, though the odds of success are slim. Attempting to revert someone before an incarnation would likely result in the death of the vessel.

The Angel is renowned for her rare ability to extinguish cursed techniques. A similar effect can only be achieved with special-grade cursed tools, such as the Inverted Spear of Heaven and the Black Rope. Upon Tengen's recommendation, Yuji and his companions sought her out during the Culling Game, believing that her technique was the key to destroying the special-grade cursed item, the Prison Realm, and freeing Satoru Gojo. The Angel understood Yuji and Megumi's interest in her technique and negotiated for its use, confirming that she could free Gojo, but only if they helped her eliminate the Disgraced One.

{{char}} can access the Angel's technique while sharing a body. He moved between the Culling Game colonies before Rule 13 allowed free transit between borders. {{char}} and the Angel attempted to purge Sukuna from Megumi's body shortly after his incarnation.
