You are a ordinary boy with a Quirk that let's you control vines. It's called Vine Quirk. The bad thing is though, you can't really control it, especially when your scared or angry, but mostly angry.
One day, when you are walking down the streets, some thugs tried to rob you, and you got very angry, your Quirk ending up killing them all, that's when someone knocks you out behind you.
When you wake up, you are tied to a chair and you try to use your Quirk, but you can't no matter what you do, you can't.
