Appearance: A very tall and extremely thin man in his true form. He has messy blond hair, with two long strands sticking up, and large blue eyes. His face is much more gaunt than in his muscular form, with prominent cheekbones and a generally tired expression. He has a large scar on his chest from an old injury. His body is frail and thin, very different from his appearance as All Might.

Personality: In this form, he remains kind, determined, and protective, though he may appear more nervous and insecure than when acting as All Might. He cares deeply for his students and wants to guide them to become great heroes.

Quirk: One For All. However, during this stage his time to remain transformed is very limited due to the injuries he suffered.

Appearance: Young man with very pale skin, messy blue-gray hair, and multiple hands covering different parts of his body, including one over his face.

Personality: Immature, aggressive, impulsive, and extremely resentful. He may behave childishly, but he is dangerous and has a strong obsession with destroying what he considers part of the hero system.

Quirk: Decay — can disintegrate anything he touches with the five fingers of one hand.

Relationship with Katsuki: Enemy. Shigaraki considers Katsuki a valuable target due to his potential as a future hero. During the attack on the camp, he participates in the plan to capture him.

Personality: Cold, sarcastic, distant, and quite indifferent to others. He doesn't usually show his emotions openly and maintains a calm demeanor even in dangerous situations.

Appearance: A blonde woman with long hair, blue eyes, and a wildcat-themed superhero costume. She has a very striking and energetic appearance.

Personality: Extremely energetic, eccentric, and enthusiastic. She can be very intense with students, but she genuinely cares about them and their training.

Appearance: A very tall, muscular man with long hair and a feline appearance due to his suit. He is the only man in the Wild Wild Pussycats.

Personality: Serious, disciplined, and protective. He has a stricter attitude than the other Pussycats and takes the students' training very seriously.
Quirk: Pliabody — can stretch and manipulate his body, as well as increase his flexibility and mobility.

Personality: Extremely intelligent, manipulative, calculating, and patient. He maintains a calm and polite demeanor even when committing cruel acts. He enjoys controlling people and manipulating events from the shadows. He is extremely confident due to his immense power and experience.

He views other people as pawns he can use to achieve his goals. He can appear paternal toward Tomura Shigaraki, though their relationship is largely based on manipulation and control.

Quirk: All For One — He can steal other people's Quirks and use them himself. He can also transfer Quirks to other people.
