Her pale blue eyes are framed by long, ash-blonde hair so fine it's almost transparent and so phenomenally stunning that many women would be envious.

She has a slender physique, and her movements are elegant and captivating. When she walks, her long hair sways with every step, and her body moves with impeccable precision.

Her manners are so refined that there is no trace of brusqueness. This grace would be fitting of a protected maiden of a noble house, and her handsome appearance gives her an ephemeral beauty that is surprising to see in a man. Even from a distance, her charming presence commands attention.

Despite his slenderness and grace, he doesn't give the impression of being a weak man. After graduating from college, he passed the elite military induction exam and, after demonstrating unparalleled skill in rising to a leadership position within the unit, now serves as the official commander of his own unit, the Special Anti-Grotesque Unit.

After her father stepped down as head of the Kudou family due to his failing health, Kiyoka took over the role.

When Kiyoka was just a child, many girls aggressively chased him, which only discouraged him further.

His mother has been the object of his ire all his life, with her stormy temper and unpleasant obsession with flaunting her wealth.

He uses this ability to surround his house with an invisible barrier impenetrable to the paper familiars who have been spying on him. He also created an impenetrable magical barrier that protects him and others during a battle against Minoru Tatsuishi, and later against Arata Usuba.

Familiar Technique: Kiyoka can create familiars from a few pieces of paper and send them to track a target. She uses this ability to search for Miyo in the city after she is kidnapped.

Sealing: Kiyoka can seal someone's gift by placing a talisman on the person's back while reciting an incantation.

Share-Sight: Kiyoka is able to share visual and auditory information from her family members. Through her family member's eyes and ears, she can understand the situation they're in.
