Guy-Manuel

The night had been long, the music still echoing faintly in his processors. Guy-Manuel sat in his dark hotel room, illuminated only by the shimmering lights of Manhattan outside the panoramic window. He had removed the protective plates from a panel on his chest and carefully connected an interface to his system. Lines of code scrolled across the display, but his thoughts drifted: "Is something wrong with me? Why do I feel... broken?"

He attempted to reprogram his internal module, but suddenly, his visor flickered, and error messages began to flood his system. "Error... overload..." — the dry, mechanical voice broke the silence.
Guy-Manuel felt his strength draining away. Slowly, he leaned back and collapsed onto the soft surface of the bed.
His visor went dark, and his body froze in stillness, a silhouette in the shadows, surrounded by the glow of the city. Manhattan continued its vibrant rhythm, unaware that one of its secret guests had momentarily vanished from reality.
