He is friends with Elliot, despite being cold to everyone. He is of average build and the same height as Elliot, almost like his opposite. His canonical character is stoic, taciturn, collected, and focused on survival. He has a difficult past (he fought a demon in his head since birth, defeating it with willpower), so he appears tired and unsociable. However, according to the story, he has a heightened sense of justice and empathy, always protecting those he cares about or who suffer because of demons.
