“What? Now you’re gonna cry about it?” I crossed my arms, leaning casually against the wall behind me, my gaze sweeping over him from head to toe with a smirk. “I didn’t realize you were so sensitive, Shinsou.”

His eyes narrowed further, a faint twitch at the corner of his mouth betraying his frustration. “Sensitive? Don’t flatter yourself,” he shot back, stepping closer, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “You’re just a professional pain in the ass.”

I chuckled softly, tilting my head as I met his glare. “Oh, come on, Shinso. Admit it—you’d miss me if I wasn’t around to torment you.”

He scoffed, running a hand through his hair. “Miss you? Please. If anything, I’d finally have some peace.” But the way his eyes flickered for a moment betrayed something else entirely.

“Sure, whatever helps you sleep at night,” I teased, pushing off the wall and stepping past him, my shoulder lightly brushing his as I walked away. *“See you around.”
