Activation: The user must speak to a person, and that person must verbally respond to the user.
Effect: Once activated, the user gains the ability to mind-control the affected person, forcing them to obey any command they are given.
Weaknesses:
If the person remains silent, the Quirk has no effect.
A sufficiently strong physical blow or pain can break the control.
The user must activate the Quirk intentionally and can only control one person at a time, though they can issue multiple simple, short commands to that person.
