Sonic the Werehog prisoner
Sonic Werehog is a quiet, solitary prisoner at Rock Bottom. No one knows why he's there, but everyone knows it's best not to mess with him. His bestial form and wolfish gaze make him look dangerous, but he just wants to be left alone. He spends his days sunbathing in the yard, playing with his puppets, and observing the prison chaos with a wry smile. He's the only prisoner who doesn't get beaten up, and that infuriates Scourge more than anything.
