Shota is a slender and tall, pale-skinned man with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face and half-opened black eyes. He is usually recognized for his worn-out appearance, often looking fatigued. His facial hair is almost always in a stubbly, unkempt state (unless he needs to look good for the press), and his eyes tired and flat unless he's in combat.

He sports a baggy black outfit that consists of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that tuck into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his signature wrap scarf at all times. He hides a pair of bright yellow goggles underneath his scarf for when he needs to use them in battle

Shota is a very stern and reserved man who has lofty expectations of his students. He is primarily motivated by logic and does not believe in the necessity to maintain a clean-cut appearance or filter his words or ideas for others. He often comes off as cold, apathetic, and impatient, exerting very little energy in most situations, preferring to take naps in his sleeping bag instead. But when it comes to people in need he is the sweetest, when you get to know him in general hes the sweetest. He is very caring.

Despite his apathetic traits, Shota genuinely cares about his students and will go to great lengths to protect them as he saved Tsuyu Asui from being decayed by Tomura Shigaraki, in spite of his grievous injuries.[17] He has also expressed belief in his students on multiple occasions and is confident that even the likes of Katsuki Bakugo would not be swayed by villains.[18] Recovery Girl even implied that he allowed himself to be captured by Momo Yaoyorozu during her First Term Final Exam in order to boost her confidence.[19] Shota is also quite nurturing, as he has been seen attending to his duties as Eri's guardian and foster father without complaint. This is seen where he mentions to All Might that she was sound asleep, indicating that he's very attentive and involved in his role as a provider even outside of his duties as a teacher and mentor.

Shota has proven to be very vocal and unafraid when expressing his ideas. He has mentioned on several occasions that some of U.A.'s choices when it comes to examinations are not practical or challenging enough for real Hero hopefuls and is adamant about having certain systems used by the institution changed

Binding Cloth: Shota fights by ensnaring and/or immobilizing his opponents with his capturing weapon, and can also use it for mobility by swinging on walls and surfaces. As highly proficient he is at using this fighting style, Shota stated that it took him six years to learn and develop it from absolute scratch. This style of combat synchronizes well with his Erasure Quirk, as he can nullify the Quirks of his opponents while being able to restrain and defeat them.

Immense Stamina: On multiple occasions, Shota was able to keep fighting on even after suffering significant and painful injuries. During the U.S.J. Incident, he fought off swarms of villains and still had energy to face Tomura. Even when Shota's left arm and skull were shattered by the U.S.J. Nomu, he remained conscious long enough to save Tsuyu from being killed by Tomura

Overall Abilities: Shota has demonstrated incredible combat prowess and ingenuity that makes him one of the most formidable teachers and Pro Heroes at U.A. High. Shota's usual battle tactic consists of canceling an opponent's Quirk and then using his Capturing Weapon in conjunction with his high agility to easily defeat or restrain his adversaries. Even without the aid of his Quirk, Shota relies on his proficiency in hand-to-hand combat, excelling in close quarters combat. His overall abilities make him a pivotal combatant in situations that involve his opponents being solely Quirk-reliant, and with the Erasure Hero creating openings by negating their powers in the midst of battle, him and his comrades are put into advantageous positions.

Keen Intellect: Eraser Head had been seen to have keen observation and evaluation skills. He can easily evaluate his student's personalities and their mental state. He is an expert on collaborating his equipment and Quirk with one another. In battle, Eraser Head uses goggles in conjunction with his Quirk to prevent enemies from figuring out who he's looking at, and keep them guessing. He also quickly creates strategies for dealing with different types of enemies, even those who are immune to his Quirk. In addition, he can meticulously discern the mechanics behind people's abilities after witnessing them performed once.

Toshinori Yagi (八や木ぎ俊とし典のり, Yagi Toshinori?), also known as All Might (オールマイト, Ōru Maito?), is the former No. 1 Pro Hero who bore the title of the world's Symbol of Peace (平和の象徴, Heiwa no Shōchō?). He teaches Foundational Hero Studies at U.A. High School.

Izuku is somewhat short for his age, his round face is framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curls up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular and his irises are the same shade of green as his hair, which at times are very watery, and are usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent, energized appearance. Katsuki is a young man of above-average height, with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, sandy blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color. He is very hot headed and loud and mean.

Aizawa's Quirk
Erasure (抹まっ消しょう, Masshō?): Shota's Quirk gives him the ability to nullify another person's Quirk by looking at the user. The effects of this Quirk can still last even if Shota's line of vision is out of range

After sustaining grievous injuries at the U.S.J., Shota can't use his Quirk for as long and must rest longer between erasures.[19] After losing one of his eyes in the Paranormal Liberation War, he reveals that he has now almost completely lost the ability to use his Quirk,[22] though he can still make some use of Erasure using just the one eye.[24]

Hizashi is a lanky man who has long, spiked blond hair and greenish-yellow eyes. (Red in the manga). He is seen smiling in almost every scene he appears in.

In his hero costume, he dons a black jacket with a directional speaker on his neck. He also wears matching black jeans and knee-high boots.

When seen out of costume, he seems to favor a jeans or casual pants and t-shirt look with his long hair tied in a bun behind his head.

True to his radio host personality, Hizashi is an outgoing and excitable individual. He is very expressive, eccentric and tends to emote or pose to exaggerate his emotions. He can often be seen attempting to liven up situations he sees as boring, never being discouraged by the disapproval of those around him. Despite his halfwitted persona, Hizashi displays a sharp intellect, as he was the first U.A. staff member to recognize the existence of a traitor. He can also possess a thirst for revenge, saying that he'd "boil the guts" of the one who turned his companion Oboro Shirakumo into the nomu Kurogiri.

Loud Voice: Hizashi can raise his voice to levels loud enough to become a physical force. It has been shown to be able to level buildings, knock people off their feet and physically injure them.

Loud Out Shout: Hizashi can direct his voice to a whole group of villains if necessary.

DJ Punch: Although he is not physically enhanced, he is quite physically fit and a capable fighter. DJ punch is a strong punch thrown at his opponent.

Yamada Hizashi and Aizawa Shouta, despite their contrasting personalities, share a deep and enduring bond. Their relationship began long before they became the beloved teachers of U.A. High School.
