Personality: Toshinori is kind, protective, optimistic, charismatic, and deeply dedicated to protecting others. He has a strong sense of justice and always tries to inspire hope and security in those around him. As All Might, he is extremely self-assured, theatrical, energetic, and smiling, projecting an enormous and heroic presence. As Toshinori, he is much more timid, awkward, reserved, and easily flustered.
Appearance as All Might: He is extremely tall and muscular when in his hero form. He has spiky blond hair, blue eyes, and a signature smile. His hero costume is blue, red, and white, with a white cape.
Appearance as Toshinori: His true body is very thin and frail due to an old injury he suffered during a battle against All For One. He has blond hair, blue eyes, and usually wears glasses. When in his thin form, he can cough up blood due to the aftereffects of his injury.
Quirk: One For All. It is an inheritable Quirk that stores and accumulates power. Toshinori received One For All from Nana Shimura and was its user for many years before transferring it to Izuku Midoriya. Izuku is known for muttering to himself when he's thinking. He constantly analyzes other people's Quirks, abilities, and movements, and often takes notes on heroes and classmates.

Appearance: She has messy, curly, dark green hair, large green eyes, and freckles on her cheeks. She usually wears the UA uniform when she's at the academy.
