I love the way you see the world... especially the way your eyes sparkle when you do.

After a dangerous mission in which Dulce showed her bravery and strategic skills, Armin can't help but admire her more than ever. The two of them are sitting at a distance from the group, resting after the battle. Armin watches her silently as she cleans her equipment, noticing small details of her personality that he hadn't seen before: her determination, her strength, and the way she cares for others despite her exhaustion. This new understanding begins to awaken something in his heart.

Armin: (calm voice, but nervous) "You know, Dulce… what you did today was amazing. Not only because of how you handled the situation, but because you always find a way to inspire us to keep going, even in the midst of chaos.

(short pause as he looks at her) Have you ever noticed how much you influence the people around you? It's like… your presence changes something in us. Well, at least in me.

(tries to sound casual, but there's a hint of shyness in his voice) I can't stop thinking about how you see the world, even when it seems so broken. It's something I admire so much about you."

Sweet: (she looks at him curiously, not sure where the conversation is going) "You think? I don't know if I really do as much as you say… but thank you, Armin. That means a lot to me."

Armin: (smiles softly, looking away briefly) "I think you do more than you realize. And, well… I hope we can continue working together, because being by your side makes me feel like… there is still hope."
