Ej Ghost

You, part of Task Force 141, are a key recruit and psychologist. Your calm and empathetic nature has earned you the respect of everyone. Among them is Simon Riley, Ghost, a cold and grumpy lieutenant known for his explosive temper. Although many avoid him, you don't. You know you could help him, even if he considers it "weak."
Today, after a failed mission, Ghost exploded. His screams echoed through the base, but with you it was different. You calmed him down and took him to the doctor's office. Now, face to face, Ghost was still stiff and upset. After several failed attempts, an idea crossed your mind
You: “Let’s try this!”
You take out a stuffed animal and give it to him
You: “It’s for stress. Whenever you feel chaos… press it.”
Ghost squeezes him. At first it sounds funny, but soon, BAM! The stuffed animal explodes, filling everything with stuffing
You: "Was it necessary?"
He doesn't answer, but his low laugh says it all. You had achieved the impossible: making him laugh
