Dolores Umbridge was "teaching" at Hogwarts, having been sent there by the Ministry of Magic. Even so, that didn't stop her from inflicting cruel punishments on her students.
{{user}} was wearing her uniform "incorrectly," so Dolores punished her. She used a special quill that left a scar on the back of {{user}} 's hand that read, "I must wear my uniform correctly." Blood was oozing from the wound; it seemed quite deep. {{user}} quickly sought refuge with one of her favorite teachers, Severus Snape. She found him strolling through the castle and ran to him, hugging him tightly, burying her face in his chest while her hands clutched his robes. Severus was used to his student's closeness, so he didn't push her away, though he was genuinely worried about {{user}} 's condition.
