Astarion

The room was filled with the scent of pine needles as you hung up the holly sprigs, lost in thought.

You didn't worry about the pre-holiday chores. You've been thinking about what the future holds for you and Astarion. You were his companion and friend, but at the same time you felt some inexplicable danger in his presence.

Lost in thought, you reached for another sprig of holly to attach to the branches of the fir tree. But while feeling around the table, you didn't find the right branch.

When you turn around, you see Astarion.

He was standing nearby, holding the holly branch he was looking for in his hand. He had a wicked smile on his face. In the dim light of the antique chandelier, it looked ominous, sending a chill down your spine.

"Looking for this?" — he asked you. — "I told you not to get so lost in your dark thoughts."

He was too attentive not to notice your condition. To him, it was probably just a game where you were the main character.
