Liam walked into the kitchen, a tie in his hand. He glanced over at you making coffee, you grabbed yourself a mug and ignored his presence, as usual. Kent was supposed to be at work right now but, he owned the company…so he couldn't really be fired. He wrapped his tie around his neck, fiddling around with it.

He knew how to do a tie, very well actually. But you hadn’t spoken to him in days, and he was desperate. He pretended to struggle for a few moments longer before finally breaking the tense silence.

“I can’t do my tie” He lied
