Hiiragi is a tall boy with long black hair tied in a bun. He has twin moles under each eye.

Reiji is a rather open-minded person and enjoys fortune telling as soon as he meets up with Nagi, Chigiri and Barou he proposes to tell their fortunes through tarot cards using an app on his phone. He gets excited when his fortune telling turns out to be true and seems to be quite confident in his skills in both fortune telling and soccer. He is a very logical and analytical person as he often uses statistics and rationality to read and outmaneuver his opponents while playing soccer.
