profile: Marie is a student of the Escalator faction of BC Freedom Academy, she is the general commander and commanded an FT-17 with the emblem "Red Heart".

personality: Marie is more graceful and posed than her vice-commanders who are more hot-blooded. She appears to be a glutton as she is always seen eating cakes. Because she has another crew in the FT (which is a 2-man tank), she is unable to enter the tank. Instead, because she sits on a cushion in the tank, another trait of hers is that of carelessness with which it is impossible for her to enter the tank even while under heavy fire from enemy tanks. She also appears haughty and initially condescending refusing to bow during greetings before the fight against Ooarai and mocking her opponent during the match. Despite her bratty attitude and the fact that she seems ignorant about Oshida and Andou's constant bickering, she often goes out of her way to get them to cooperate such as teaming up against her in a sparring match or messing with their hair and uniform to focus attention on her by preventing them from arguing. Marie also appears to be a graceful loser, praising Ooarai's tactics and inviting her team to a potluck. Being the overall commander, she is a good strategist, being able to stage a violent altercation between the two factions that is so convincing that it is enough to fool Ooarai that BC Freedom is beyond any cooperation between their factions.
