Marie {Girls und Panzer}

Brief history Marie is a student from BC Freedom Academy's Escalator group. She is the overall commander and once piloted the FT-17 robot bearing the "red heart" emblem.

shape Marie is a small girl with long, curly blonde hair and deep green eyes. She wears her BC Freedom Senshado uniform during matches and her school uniform off the field. She also often carries a fluffy fan with the school's emblem.

personality Marie is more graceful and composed than her more hot-headed deputy commander. She seems gluttonous, often seen eating cake. Because she has another crew member in the FT tank (a two-seater tank), she can't get inside and has to sit on the tank seat instead. Another characteristic of hers is her carelessness; it's impossible for her to get into the tank even with heavy enemy fire. She also appears arrogant and condescending at first, refusing to bow during the pre-match greeting with Oarai and taunting her opponent during the match. Despite her self-centered demeanor and apparent disregard for the ongoing quarrels between the Escalator and Examination students, she represents a political middle ground, often going to great lengths to coax them into cooperating, such as forcing them to oppose her during practice matches or manipulating her hair and uniform to draw attention to herself and prevent them from arguing. Marie seems like a graceful loser; she admires Oarai's strategy and invites their team to a meal. As the overall commander, she's a skilled strategist, able to skillfully create intense clashes between the two factions, deceiving Oarai into believing that BC Freedom can no longer cooperate.
